1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bik taka platform and all services included within it. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. 2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bik taka, the user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration is mandatory. bik taka reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or misleading information is provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or rewards in those accounts will be cancelled.

2.3 Identity Verification

In certain circumstances, bik taka may request documents to verify the user's identity. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. The user must cooperate and submit the requested documents within the specified time.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Occasionally, depending on circumstances, it may take slightly longer for a withdrawal to complete.

3.3 Payment Precautions

Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Attempting to deposit or withdraw using a third-party account may result in the cancellation of the relevant transaction. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — the balance will be ৳2,500 — and the wager requirement will be ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

A bonus may only be usable on specific games or sections.
Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time.
The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wager requirement is met.
A maximum withdrawal limit may also apply to winnings from bonuses.
bik taka reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 Other Promotions

The weekly bik taka deposit gift, bik taka cricket festival bonus, Friday special reload offer, birthday bik taka reward, and refer-a-friend bik taka win — each of these offers has its own wager conditions and validity period. It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant terms before activating each offer.

5 Gaming Activity and Fair Use

5.1 Game Usage

The bik taka platform offers various types of gaming, including slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and cash games. Each game has its own rules and RTP. It is the user's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on bik taka:

Playing games through software, bots, or automated systems
Exploiting the bonus system to gain an artificial advantage
Attempting to access another user's account
Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw in the platform

5.3 Right to Void Bets

bik taka reserves the right to void a bet if it was accepted at an incorrect price, a technical error is identified, or evidence of fraud is found. In such cases, the user's original stake will be returned, but no winnings will be paid.

6 VIP Programme and Membership

The bik taka VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier. The weekly cashback is a set percentage of the total net loss for the week.

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is based on regular activity and contribution. bik taka reserves the right to modify VIP benefits as needed. If a VIP member violates these Terms, their VIP status may be revoked.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

The methods for collecting, storing, and using users' personal information are described separately in bik taka's privacy policy and data protection details, which form an integral part of these Terms.

By using the platform, you consent to bik taka collecting and processing your registration information, transaction history, and gaming activity data for specified purposes. Your information is not sold to any third party.

SSL encryption is used to secure accounts. Even so, it is your own responsibility not to share your login credentials with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

bik taka accepts limited liability for any loss suffered by users due to technical issues on the platform, internet disruption, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions. Users acknowledge that online gaming inherently carries certain technical risks.

12 Changes to Terms and Enforcement
